In the wake of the Celtics' heart-wrenching loss to the Lakers in Game 7 of the NBA Finals in June, Doc Rivers made a point of saying that Boston's starting five since the arrival of Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen in 2007 still hasn't lost a playoff series.
